Overall service and food are very unsatisfactory. Spaghetti too soft, and chicken too dry and burnt, even worse than a fast food chain. The two dishes we ordered the same time came in different time (15 min away) so we could not enjoy the meals together. Very disappointing for the serving time of a normal meal. We come because of the cosy venue and the ambience. What a waste that the food grade and serving standards does not match with the normal expectation of an Italian style restaurant.
