As am in the journey of gathering some of the “Best Eggs Benedict in Hong Kong”, tried this bistro’s EB. In conclusion EB is highly disappointing. Up to this day am still wondering how our orders were served very quickly- within 5mins from the time of ordering. Hollandaise sauce in the picture looked deliciously deceiving but the taste was somewhat weird and nowhere near fresh. The eggs didn’t come (even little) hot while muffins were rather semi-cold and rubbery. Bacon was also a bit Cole & pot

Overall, failing to make what seems to be a simple EB will not make us even try their other recommended dishes.
Customer service, unless flagged, was non-existent. This was around 10:00 btw and restaurant only had 2 occupied tables
