Having lived in this district for a while, I was really looking forward to enjoying a traditional 茶楼 for weekend yum cha with my family. Unfortunately, my experience at this new establishment was disappointing.The service was a disaster. Waitresses were yelling at customers to move for them, which created a chaotic atmosphere. The food was average, and the prices didn't justify the experience.The management left much to be desired. I ordered a dish and waited 20 minutes, only to be told to wait
The service was a disaster. Waitresses were yelling at customers to move for them, which created a chaotic atmosphere. The food was average, and the prices didn't justify the experience.
The management left much to be desired. I ordered a dish and waited 20 minutes, only to be told to wait another 10 minutes. In total, we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food—what a waste of time!
As for the environment, it hasn’t changed much from 福临酒家. The floor was sticky and oily, and the tableware and furniture looked like they had seen better days. It felt like everything was second-hand and in desperate need of an update.
