I recently visited the restaurant, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others. The lunch set prices were okay, starting from $100 and going up from there. However, my experience fell short in both aspects.
One of the most disappointing aspects of my visit was the quality of the sashimi. As a lover of fresh and flavorful sashimi, I was disappointed to find that the fish served was not up to par. The cuts lacked freshness, and the overall taste was lackluster. It was a disappointing realization, especially considering the premium prices charged for the lunch sets.
Moreover, the service at this restaurant was nearly non-existent. Throughout my meal, I received minimal attention from the staff. It felt as if they were understaffed or simply disinterested in providing a satisfactory dining experience. Empty water glasses went unnoticed, and requests for additional condiments or utensils were met with delayed responses, if any.
Given these factors, I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this Japanese restaurant. The combination of overpriced lunch sets, subpar sashimi, and lack of attentive service left a lot to be desired. There are certainly better options in the area that offer fresher ingredients, better service, and more reasonable prices.
