Disappointing meal where I felt discontented with the service, food and price.The staff who served had a terrible attitude where it felt like they didn’t care if they closed down or not.When I ordered a brunch set - pasta meal and I was informed that wasn’t available, so I ordered something else however which wasn’t a brunch set as there wasn’t something else from the set that I wanted. When I ordered a brunch set - pasta meal and I was informed that wasn’t available, so I ordered something else however which wasn’t a brunch set as there wasn’t something else from the set that I wanted. Then the drink I ordered with the set came before they informed me that my chosen was unavailable….and told me that I had to pay an extra $30 but I felt this was their fault.
So I said I didn’t want the drink and the waiter just poured the drink away instead of apologizing for their mistake or offering it free.
When the food came, it just was average… the presentation too but it was around $110 for the steak! They didn’t even ask how you like the steak cooked. My risotto wasn’t fully cooked and lacked taste! -around$130.
They charge 10% service but they had a attitude which implied that I can’t be bothered!
In conclusion, what a waste of money for the poor service and food!
I am blacklisting this place! I tried this place at another branch before but this Tai Po branch is a definite waste of time!
