I had our birthday dinner with my bf there but the service was really really disappointing!! We used to come here for dinner but we definitely won't come back again after such bad experiences!We had ordered a Lemon Soju, but when it came it didn't like what we ordered. It just a regular Soju. We asked the waitress and we told her that's not the Soju we ordered but we wanted a Lemon one. Then she came back with a pot full of fresh lemons and opened the regular Soju and put all into the pot, howev
We had ordered a Lemon Soju, but when it came it didn't like what we ordered. It just a regular Soju. We asked the waitress and we told her that's not the Soju we ordered but we wanted a Lemon one. Then she came back with a pot full of fresh lemons and opened the regular Soju and put all into the pot, however, she didn't explain to us this the only Lemon Soju they are selling... and that's not what we wanted.
We talked to the manager that we would like to return it, however, the manager refused and he claimed that the Soju was opened which couldn't sell to others so no return accepted. It's totally ridiculous, this is not what we ordered for!!! And it's not our idea to open it!! We hesitated and we asked but no one came to explain to us!! The manager even said "we supposed all customers know the Lemon Soju here is regular Soju serving with fresh lemon." It's really hilarious to have such response! Finally we had to pay for something we didn't drink!!!
It wasn't a pleasant birthday dinner and they did ruined our night! We definitely won't go there again!!!
