Totally disappointed by their food quality and service. Two of us ordered the Buh Huat Teh and Fish Head Rice Noodle. The spare rib soup was less than ordinary without taste. The fish head has strong fish taste. The manager defended the taste in saying Hong Kong people could stand the fishy taste! There was no "thank you" from waiters through out, even when the bill was paid. I can get better food at almost half the price in similar eateries in Sheung Wan. Being from Singapore, I find the visit
