Disgusting attitude

A guy, who claimed to be the manager, came over to our group with a demeaning attitude. We were there for Happy Hour and, prior to him, had received friendly service from the team there. It came as a surprise that the "manager" would then speak to us in such a rude manner (I will not repeat the absurdity as it was clearly unjustified). For the sake of the remaining staff there, I do hope the "manager" will improve his professionalism. If not, the owners should really look at replacing him with s

A guy, who claimed to be the manager, came over to our group with a demeaning attitude. We were there for Happy Hour and, prior to him, had received friendly service from the team there. It came as a surprise that the "manager" would then speak to us in such a rude manner (I will not repeat the absurdity as it was clearly unjustified). For the sake of the remaining staff there, I do hope the "manager" will improve his professionalism. If not, the owners should really look at replacing him with someone who is more qualified (or at least meets the minimum requirements to show some hospitality). All patrons should be treated the same, even if the "manager" has decided to profile them differently.
It's a shame as we were enjoying our night before he ruined it.
