Disgusting customer service dishonest staff

Ordered and paid for bday cake the day before. Fully appreciate weather conditions but definitely irresponsible for staff Michael to tell you first there will be no cake and therefore entitled to a refund, then have another staff Cobe they only grant store credit and Michael wasn’t authorised to grant store credit, AND THEN be told the cake will actually arrive but you will just have to wait around until it does because of traffic condition, and then say change her mind telling me to email them

Fully appreciate weather conditions but definitely irresponsible for staff Michael to tell you first there will be no cake and therefore entitled to a refund, then have another staff Cobe they only grant store credit and Michael wasn’t authorised to grant store credit, AND THEN be told the cake will actually arrive but you will just have to wait around until it does because of traffic condition, and then say change her mind telling me to email them for a refund, but then finally say that company policy actually forbids refunds so I will just have to retrieve the overnight bday cake otherwise they will throw it out.
The cake was nothing special and probably worse because it was left overnight.
