The food was sooo sub-standard, not even good enough for lunch buffet level! All theseafood were not fresh, the raw oyster was very fishy "腥" and hard to swallow. All ofthe crab fest items were so small and taste horrible, it was a joke. Total garbage! Not enough waiters to wait on all thetables. The server behind the counter were very rude, didn't even provide the pancake for the Peking duck. The Hairy crab was so small, itwas a joke. All seafood raw materials were garbage, I do no

was a joke. All seafood raw materials were garbage, I do not know how to describe them except for "garbage." When I was trying to
combine 2 servings of food on to 1 plate, the server behind the bar just pick up my food from one plate and placed it on the other , "WITH HER
HAND"!!! At the end of the meal, the lemon ice tea cup broke (such cheap cup) and the waiter never came back with extra napkin to help mop up the spilled ice tea, I had it all on my clothing. I cannot believe service and food quality in HK hotels has gone down to such an unacceptable level.
Never again!!!
