To start off the view was amazing and definitely worth the trip to ocean terminal. The starters and dessert were good. I liked the burrata cheese the most, but the baby octopus and the baked eggplant was good too. The pasta was horrible - no taste at all. Do not recommend eating pasta at paper moon! Even their recommended parpadelle was flavorless, not to mention their porcini risotto was like boiled rice with no flavor at all. Not sure if they have a no salt policy or anything. The pizza was pr

Both desserts were good. In general, don’t eat the pasta there. Everything else is fine.
