So knowing this place is part of 板长集团 I didn't have great expectations going in. As usual with new places, a long period of waiting for a table was also expected. However I do expect my food to be cooked properly. We ordered 2 side dishes of pumpkin tempura and yam tempura. It arrived within 4 minutes, way too fast. Then the unexpected happened, I bit into one of the yam tempura, there was FLOUR still inside. My mouth was full of FLOUR. like WTF. It's fried food, how hard is it to cook this? I know this is a udon place, other food should not be expect to taste good as it wasn't their "speciality" but my goodness, at least COOK THE DAMN THING.
Service was bad, the kids in there looked confused when you talk to them aka order food.
Udon was ok...nothing special, you can buy udon from the supermarket and cook it yourself and would taste the same or even better.
My advice, don't go.
