I will never go there again !! Terrible Service !The restaurant has open for more than 2 weeks so it is not completely new !I went at noon on a Sat. There are 20 people in front of me and the whole restaurant is only half way full.I have order 牛颈珍味面 at 12:03 (according to the order receipt ) and then another appetizer at 12:08 pm . Less than 1 min the appetizer came but it was the WRONG appetizer. I told the waitress (in Cantonese andI am Hong Kong Chinese ! ) that what is this order . She look

She then called the manager. I asked the manager what is this ? He looks at the order receipt, there is only
one item 牛颈珍味面 . He did not say anything but just take the appetizer away.
Another two customer came in and sat in front of me and then a seat next to her.
I have to wait for 30 mins and then no noodle has arrived !! I asked the manager that I have two orders but the
receipt has only one order. Again, he did not say anything and go to the kitchen to get me the 牛颈珍味面 .
A more senior waitress came and said there is a new waitress and there are many wrong order and giving
to different customers ! Then, the waiter ask the other customer to sit opposite to me to sit next to me
then they will not be confused with the order !!! I said "No". If you give us the order, we know what is the order.
You have NO FOOD TO GIVE TO US ! That is the problem !
Again, the manager came with the finally with the appetizer. He did not say sorry or explain anything !!
So, New waiter without knowing what to do... just walk around !!
Manager who does not know how to say sorry ..
Waitress who has no sense and ask the customer to sit in different position but it WON"T solve the problem !!
Absolutely NO TRAINING !
You will be upset when you go there !!
题外话/补充资料:
I should refuse to give 10% tips (It is included in the bill ) because there is NO SERVICE or bad service !
