Don't go they don't know customer service

Apparently this restaurant got really busy deng lunch. They definitely have no clue how to manage a restaurant. We were the first group waiting in line and we asked the hostess if we need to put our name down. One of the manager say just stand and wait, no need to take your name down. Then the owner took down other custormers' name without even bother to ask us and gave the table to them before us! We were patient and finally sit down after 20 minutes wait, believing her that they will have a ta

Apparently this restaurant got really busy deng lunch. They definitely have no clue how to manage a restaurant. We were the first group waiting in line and we asked the hostess if we need to put our name down. One of the manager say just stand and wait, no need to take your name down. Then the owner took down other custormers' name without even bother to ask us and gave the table to them before us! We were patient and finally sit down after 20 minutes wait, believing her that they will have a table for us at 1pm. The owner again came to ask us to give table away as it's for the other group who made reservation for 1pm. They definitely have no clue about customer service and they don't speak proper English to communicate the matter. We were fine with people making reservation should get sit first. We were mad about her denying she gave table to other groups that came in after us but had no reservation. My friend saw her put their name down and everybody else in the line knew that we were the first! They were so rude and I had to argue with her about being fair. Honestly their food doesn't even worth the wait anyway.
