With all the media coverage about Little Bao and their female head chef, it’s been one of the most popular eateries in the Soho areas. But with all due respect, I don’t really get the hype about these little baos...The bao itself is very soft in texture and as you can see in the pic, it’s very smooth on the surface. With all the media coverage about Little Bao and their female head chef, it’s been one of the most popular eateries in the Soho areas. But with all due respect, I don’t really get the hype about these little baos...
The bao itself is very soft in texture and as you can see in the pic, it’s very smooth on the surface.
They have a few choices for the fillings for the baos. I prefer the pork belly one ($78), though the pork belly was a bit too salty for my liking. The Szechuan fried chicken that my friend had wasn’t spicy as expected and the meat was a bit on the dry side.
One thing to note is that, the service is excellent even tho the resto is EXTREMELY busy and crowded. Excellent staff & management!
