This ramen place was recommended to me by a fellow OpenRice member, but I will have to say I am quite disappointed.韮菜炒豬肝定食- Rare Japanese dish in Hong Kong- Tasted alright麵鼓湯拉麵- The soup was too salty without much miso flavor- The thin slice of pork was poorly marinated- The noodles were not fresh, obviously frozen for quite some time- Very disappointing in general煎餃子- The wrapping was quite thin- The stuffing was nothing specialI will seriously not recommend any serious miso ramen lovers to go
