Just came back to HK after a 2 week trip away and thought of grabbing a quick dinner at the airport before heading back home. Crystal Jade seemed like a no brainer as I'm a frequent customer to their IFC branch. What can go wrong, really? But how would I know that the quality of both food and service can be so bad.
