ToTT's and Roof Terrace (已結業)

Had dinner in the TOTTs last Sunday night. Crab soup was totally failed. Duck breast and chicken breast were disqualified. Gloose liver was awful. Service was not better than those in Mon Kwok. Felt totally upset with the quality of foods and service. Cannot believe that such restaurant can be down graded so quickly comparing with their production some times ago.
