As named, I had quite a dreamy dinner in Yume no don. To Be honest, the place looks quite ordinary on the street in To Kwa Wan. Craving for don in that area, I gave it a try and the food absolutely delighted me.Diners are served with salad and miso soup at the beginning of the meal. 1. Dream sashimi don $298
Well named, the dream don consists of minced salmon, salmon roe, scallop, boton shrimp, snow crab and flounder. Oishii (美味しい)!!!
2. Delux assorted sashimi don $188
The delux don consists of mixed seasonal sashimi dice.

My common practice of food review is to comment on every single dish. I am using a different approach to comment as a whole this time because all dishes are Oishii (美味しい)!!!! Sometimes an Oishii (美味しい) exclamation presents a better picture more than detailed descriptions. Overall, the food quality is worth the price. The more costly it is on the menu, the higher the food quality. It is quite obvious for the sashimi which is directly imported from the Japan fish market. I am really satisfied with the meal.
Last but not least, thank you for the hard work of the frontline staff. That night, the place was understaffed. The staff on roster paid extra effort to serve the customers (80% seated!). Many thanks.
