🇦🇷Argentina steak is regarded as the top tier among the steak-lovers. La Parrilla, which has a great fame in Central, has now opened a new branch in North Point, serving Argentina steaks at a more down-to-earth price. As a quality steakhouse,🥩 the steaks are dry-aged by the restaurant. There is a huge fridge at the entrance so that passerby like us could be attracted by the dry-aged beef showcased towards the street. We were first served with warm water upon being seated. As we had just recovered from flu, we did not want to order alcoholic nor sweet drinks, yet the waiters and waitresses were still being very polite to us and kept refilling warm water for us. (Thanks for taking care of us!) After ordering, we were immediately served with warm bread and butter. The right temperature made the baguette crunchy outside and chewy inside.

We then got served with appetisers, and the staff would make sure we finish the course before moving to the next. When steaks were served, the plates were specially heated up, showing their sincerity towards each dish.
The steaks are 1-month aged grass-fed beef from Argentina. We picked T-bone, which was consisted of short loin & tenderloin

Seasoned lightly with salt & pepper🧂, we could enjoy a stronger flavour with English mustard, or the Argentinean signature herbal Chimichurri sauce🌱.

Coming back to the appetisers as I would like to introduce you the most signature Argentinean steak first, the restaurant introduced some more colours of Argentinean that may not be as well-known as steaks. We tried the empanada which was a fried dumpling filled with meat🥟. The crispy dough was deep-fried to golden, and wrapped inside the juicy & well-seasoned minced beef.

Again the meatballs were made with beef, but the 3 different ways of cooking the beef gave us 3 completely different experience in a delightful way.🐮
