Went to this cafe at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum with my friend after visiting the Jin Yong Exhibition. .I ordered the Cafe de Paris Sauce Pan-fried White Snapper Fillet with Quinoa Rice & Garlic Butter Mixed Mushrooms. Although the snapper fillet was sizeable, it turned out to be dry and appeared slightly overcooked. More cafe de paris sauce could have been provided to prevent the fillet from being too dry. Tbh, I thought the food to be a bit overpriced. However, the cafe itself has a relaxed and comfortable ambiance.

The cafe was quite popular, possibly due to its location in the museum, and we needed to wait for around 15 mins.
