Quite some time ago but still it was one of our best restaurant week lunch experience. Their signature dish duck and waffle was as good as the one I had at their UK restaurant – the duck meat was so tender that it was super easy to shred the meat. The buttermilk waffle wascrispy and together with the fried duck egg and mustard maple syrup, it was simply the best savoury waffle I’ve ever had🤩The other dishes were extremely well-executed but the duck and waffle still managed to outshine all of the
