I have already tried the duck and waffles, eggs benedict duck confit at The Pudding Nouveau so I asked them if I could have a Duck confit croissant which they did for me served with fries.It was quite nice having a croissant filled with crispy fragrant duck meat.The fries were just fries but a little too crispy for my liking but normal in Hong Kong standards.The dessert was a delight because I tried the cocktail icecreams, which are alcohol infused icecream served in a cocktail glass.There were

Strawberry margerita with strawberry rum icecream:
There wasn’t any artificial strawberry taste but the rum was really strong that it tasted quite bitter.+++++++++++++
Pina colada with coconut rum icecream:
The rum icecream was really good because you could taste the rum but it wasn’t too strong.+++++++++++++
As well as dine in dishes, they now sell cookies and for Christmas they have this really nice Christmas tree cake.
