Missing London’s famous Duck and Waffle chain? You’re in luck, they opened a HK one right at ifc! I love the interior design of this place, you would see three huge green ducks with lots of natural lighting from the windows. This spot is perfect for a date or if you want to treat yourself to a nice mea - they also offer lunch sets! We got the classic duck and waffle, they have the waffle, crispy fried duck and a sunny side egg on top! I read the best way to eat it to take out the duck meat from the bone, then poke the yolk, then drizzle the syrup all over 🤤 then eat it all the parts at once. And this combination is amazing. You know the duck is cooked perfectly when the meat falls off the bone, and that is exactly what duck and waffle was able to achieve. The duck was so crispy, topped with the sweetness of the syrup was definitely a game changer. Highly recommend coming here and trying their duck and waffle, definitely worth the try!
