I was shopping at Dragon Centre in the early noon and after i have finished, it was already lunch time. Since i was quite tired and did not want to walk around, I just looked for one in the shopping centre. I walked past dumpling pro and thinking that it had been a while since i have eaten dumpling and sichuan noodles, i decided to eat it. They do not have lunch set, thus i ordered from their ala carte menu. But they do offered tea set from 230pm to 530pm. They specialized in dumplings, noodles

Soya bean drink - I ordered a glass of cold soya bean drink. It was served cold and the soya bean was smooth and sweet.
Sichuan noodles - The texture of the soup was quite thick, more than gravy. It was due to there were peanut and sesame sauce in the soup. Peanut and sesame sauce was strong and flavourful. The spicy level was acceptable to me and the noodles was smooth and chewy.
Dumplings - I ordered the dumplings with prawn, minced pork and vegetables in it. The size of the dumpling was huge and the skin was slightly tough. Ingredients inside was fresh and juicy. The soup was tasty and flavourful, as it has absorbed the essence of the beef broth.
