Recently Yuen Long has had several new dumpling places opening. Dont mind at all as I am a bit of a fan.Ordered the Chinese soup with chicken feet.Quite flavourful but personally I like the herbal taste stronger. Chicken feet super tender.The guy working there asked if we liked coriander and suggested the tossed noodles.The sauce is really garlicky and quite tasty and is full of coriander. Sauce coats the noodles really well.One disappointing thing is you cant get half and half for the dumpling

The sauce is really garlicky and quite tasty and is full of coriander. Sauce coats the noodles really well.
One disappointing thing is you cant get half and half for the dumplings, only allowed to order the one flavour filling.
Opted for the classic Pork and Chive dumplings.

8 dumplings to a portion. Filling is plentiful and is accompanied with the same garlicky coriander sauce (vinegar based) for dipping.
Would be interested to try other fillings.
