(I don't know what's wrong with Openrice but my photos couldn't be uploaded/rotated to the right direction anymore, and it's bugging me a lot)I don’t know why I haven’t tried Mammy Pancake before. I don’t know why I haven’t tried Mammy Pancake before. One of the simple reasons might be that there is always a long queue outside the shop. I finally got to try it after a friend’s recommendation, and of course, I visited at non-peak hours so that I didn’t have to wait for a long time to get this Earl Grey & Chocolate Pancake.
The pancake was served fresh hot. Of course, they made it after you place your order. When I took it, I could already smell the decent earl grey tea flavor. I can’t wait to eat it so I quickly took a photo of it.
I’m not sure how you usually eat this kind of egglette pancake. I usually tear them out one by one. The connecting part was very crispy. The egglettes had crunchy surface, wrapping fluffy earl grey & chocolate pancake-y thing inside. So so delicious!
I couldn’t stop eating until I finished it all. Now I know why there is always a long queue outside the shop!
