Waiting for boyfriend after work, I decided to sit here for a coffee when I saw they had Easter bunny cakes!It was a round dome cake coated with a raspberry dark chocolate ganache glaze. The ears, eyes and mouth were chocolate. Not too sweet and utterly sticky.Inside was was a moist chocolate cake and a tangy passion fruit filling. It was sitting on a crunchy shortbread crust.Delicious cake. Wonderful start to Easter!
