Chicken neck isn’t normally a choice for dishes, but the chef shredded the Chicken Neck into slices and marinated with ground bean sauce. In addition, a piece of deep fried chicken skin garnished on top, the chicken skin was absolute the greatest hit of the dish, it was super crispy and free of fat.

I’ve had such a nostalgic craving for Pineapple Bun recently! When I saw this Pineapple Bun Icy Treat Sandwich in the menu, I knew this is a must try.
This is the new creations that drew inspiration from our childhood favourites - Bor Lor Bao (菠萝包). The extremely crunchy exterior bun stuffed with pineapple sorbet and custard cream, served with diced fresh pineapple, honeycomb treats and edible flowers.
How can you resist this sweet and crunchy pineapple bun with real pineapple, I was totally obsessed!
