I was buying my daily breakfast bread while seeing the fresh bake cooke-based egg tart just delivered out, I decided to give it a try. I didn't have any high expectations after seeing they served with the disposable aluminium foil tin instead of dumping out from the reusable baking tin. Anyway, today is the day of egg tart. Egg custard was a bit too sweet for me, especially with the glaze. The glaze could be thinner. Couldn't taste the egg much, just sweetness. Cookie base was a bit too thin for

Egg custard was a bit too sweet for me, especially with the glaze. The glaze could be thinner. Couldn't taste the egg much, just sweetness. Cookie base was a bit too thin for me, personally prefer thicker crust. All in all, nothing special.
P.S. The price has been raised from HKD9 to HKD10 now.
