This is my first time dining at Spoon.8 号风球后, My friend and I 相约在 SPOON by Alain Ducasse出边个景就麻麻 ... 应该系打完风嘅关系~SPOON by Alain Ducasse 最出名就系个天花板~!!个天花板系 filled up with Silver Spoons~!!因为佢地要话比人知, 任何地方, 祇要有嘢食, 就一定要用 Spoon~!!Starter 系 Crab Meat with toast ... 好正 ... 啲 Crab 好好食Steam Duck Foie gras "蒸鸭肝" << My friend said so far 全香港得呢度有得食好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好食 x 1xxxxxxxxxxxth times Main Course: My friend ordered 羊肉 slice << 我唔食羊, so 品尝唔到了~ 但我个 friend 话真系极好食 ... 我唔食, 系我嘅损失~!!Main Course:

However, I need to 再 order another dish << Why??
因为之前𠮶碟系海水味过浓 (i.e. 极咸 >> 难食~!! 加上肉质有啲唔新鲜 ... god ... what da ... 竟然收我 $6xx.- for that), hence先要换过碟好食啲嘅~!!
Dessert: 叫咗最出名嘅 Black of Black. 好食到不得了 ^^
切开 Fondant, 暖暖嘅 Chocolate 缓缓渗出 ^^
好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好食 x 1xxxxxxxxxxxth times
呢碟 dessert 配 Dark Chocolate Sorbert
Dessert: 再叫了呢一碟, 好似系叫咗 Classic Chef Special
Except 件 tart =.=", other than that, 其他配件, 都好好食;
当 waiter 攞碟 Classic Chef Special 嚟𠮶阵, 介绍咗个叫 Chocolate lollipop 嘅 Chocolate 球 ...
我仲问 ... huh? Lollipop?? Why that's round??
切开个心后, 外脆 Chocolate + 内软系 Chocolate Mousse x Chocolate Sponge Cake
呢碟 dessert, however, 配 Normal Chocolate Sorbert (同样好食, 但我爱味浓的朱古力~)
This place is so nice ... except it's kinda packed ... too crowd in a way ... ...
Must 赞 ... 啲 waiter and waiteress 态度好好 ... 值得一赞~ ^^
