I was excited to revisit Otto e mezzo Bombana again, this time for dinner. The bread basket and the amuse bouche with truffle offered a nice and warm start of the meal.The first course I had was the Culatello Di Zibello “Oro Spigaroli” with green salad. The ham is aged over 30 months, and the quality is excellent. The second course was the warm blue lobster, garnished with broccolini emulsion and lobster jus. The third course was the crab meat linguini. It is my favourite course. The crab meat is fresh and sizeable. The linguini is perfectly cooked al dente. The confit tomato and lemon is a great match.

The fourth course was the short rib and beef tenderloin. The smell is mouth-watering. The short rib is very fatty and tasty. The beef tenderloin is good.

The fifth course is strawberry, sorbet and vanilla cream. I am not a fan of sorbet. So this dessert does not appeal to me much. But this is made up by the petit fours, which are very delicious and delicate.
