enjoyable lamb shabu shabu

Heard about the famous Peking lamb shabu shabu for a long time. Finally tried it the first time today. We ordered a big portion of sliced lamb. The waiters set up the hot pot then patiently teach us the steps. We firstly mixed the different kind of sauces. The lamb was so thinly sliced and it took only a short dip into the boiling soup base to get done. The lamb was so delicious and it was a big treat for lunch.It would be a great experience for anyone.
