I have been dining in Van Gogh for quite a few times for lunch and tea since it was opened around 2 years ago.Overall the service is attentive and good. Food standard is always above standard with artistic presentation. Though the portion is not big and may not be good enough for guys, the price of lunch set is pretty reasonable. $218 for 2 courses with tea or coffee included. One good thing is you can make the booking via Open Rice which is very convenient.
It is definently a good choice for a quiet lunch in busy crowded TST area.
