I've been waiting for this place to open for a bit! Stopped by for the first time today. I'm an American expat, somewhat of a BBQ connoisseur as I've lived in N. Carolina and other parts of the US south and still have a passion for well cooked BBQ. The pulled pork at 85 was a 10 out of 10, a score I wouldn't give out easily.
