I ordered honey and mustard-baked German knuckle served with rice. It abhors me when the knuckle is not oven-baked but water-boiled. Naturally, the meat is not chewy but very tender, just like what you expect from pork found in a chinese broth.
As to honey and mustard, first, zero taste of honey. Mustard is hastily applied on the surface of the knuckle which looks reasonably unappealing.
I would definitely recommend this if you enjoy the feeling of regret. I reckon it is very expensive with regard to its quality.
