I have only ever had this in central China in my wife's hometown, and to be perfectly honest i do prefer the mainland counterpart. The flavor though was really excellent and the pork belly was gorgeous. Highly recommended.
Overall i think this is an impressive place to take guests for high quality southern Chinese food.
Also, the service was kind of impressive. The staff was very friendly. A little bit of Cantonese really seemed to make them smile!
