My colleague is leaving Hong Kong after her placement, so we selected this to farewell for her. We have chosen to sit in a booth on 1/F which gives us a bit privacy for girls’ talk. The environment is nice decorated and service was great (which definitely reflected on the pricing). We ordered 4 lunch sets. We have chosen the soft shell crab and cream of mushroom as appetizers. The soft shell crab is nice but it will be even better if it is more crispy - it is now bit too soft and the texture not

). We ordered 4 lunch sets. We have chosen the soft shell crab and cream of mushroom as appetizers. The soft shell crab is nice but it will be even better if it is more crispy - it is now bit too soft and the texture not perfect, but still tasty. For the maindish, we ordered the signature foxchop, risotto and seabass. All the main dishes are great, nice plating. Most impressive is the seabass, as sauce match perfectly, while the fish is just good, not overcooked. For the dessert, we have panna cotta. It is soso but we finished it all.
