Early morning rush to watch Oppenheimer at 10am; just in time for lunch after movie finished. Still reeling from the excellent movie, couldn’t think, so decided on the Business set lunch menu ($342 pp).Here’s what we had.Appetizers 蜜汁叉烧 拼 青瓜海蜇头. First time I was given a massive lump of uncut char siu. I guess it was tender enough to be bitten off.笋尖鲜虾饺 (one each only)- loved the skin; thin but firm.竹笙如意饺 (one each only)- not bad also. 阿一海景南非鲍鱼酥 (one each only). With chicken bits on the pastry. N

阿一海景南非鲍鱼酥 (one each only). With chicken bits on the pastry. Not bad.
鲜鸡螺头炖花胶. Delicious chicken broth.
招牌红酒烩牛尾. With a grilled potato on the side. Generally not a fan; but this one has appropriate crispy sides. So not bad.
姜汁芥兰炒鱼崧.
迷你荷叶饭. Not bad, but very shallow container. “Mini” indeed- finished in 3 spoonfuls.
陈皮红豆沙
In summary: a bit short staffed; but not bad for the price. Dim sum was good. I guess one would have to try the more appropriate items for the real Michelin ⭐️ experience.
