Was in Jao Tsung-I Academy earlier this week to participate in a kids event, and arrived slightly early. The registration starts at 02:00 PM, we arrived 10 minutes earlier, so we went for a walk then saw Timeless Cafe, the deco looks interesting from the outside. I went in and checked the menu, it was pretty expensive given the location, not a single customer in the cafe at the time. So I ordered a Dirty from the menu which costs HKD50. I went in and checked the menu, it was pretty expensive given the location, not a single customer in the cafe at the time. So I ordered a Dirty from the menu which costs HKD50. Then I asked my son to take a seat in their cafe, the waitress came and said no, my son has to order something first before he's allowed to sit. I explained that we're only staying for 10 minutes maximum, since the event registration starts at 2PM. The answer was NO, it was a shock for us given there wasn't a single customer in the cafe and I had already ordered a 50 dollar coffee and only asked to sit in for 10 minutes.
Very disappointed with the service, I will never come back again. Customers deserve to be treated better in HK.
