I've been here once when it was doing their soft opening. Noodle was extremely salty that I thought I was soaking in salt pool and being dehydrated terribly. Since then, even it's very close to my place, I don't dare to go anymore.After over half a year, giving it another chance. No mood to cook anything at home, not even instant noodle. This is what I hate dining in some restaurants in HK, although it's warm or hot outside, it's really unpleasant to make their restaurant temperature very low to 15 degrees below. Unless it's Xichuan spicy hot pot, I don't think the majority of people here like dining in a fridge wearing summer clothes.
Anyway, I was shaking and needed to ask the waitress to adjust to air-cond.
Noodle should be the best thing they can offer, let me try the same noodle that I ordered long time ago. It's less salty, much better. At least, I didn't need to buy a 1L water after that. However, noodle is nothing really good for the price, $72 for simply Noodle, 2 slices of pork + some sweet corn and vegetables, nothing high quality.
It might be not easy for them to improve the quality, then lower the price. At this price, it's very hard to attract customers.
Service is so so, can be much better; especially their are located in a residential area, service should be more pleasant to keep the neighbours as regular customers. When I left, there are only 4 customers, 4 staff there available but it took a few minutes for someone to notice I kept waving my hands for the bill.
Second time will be the very last time.
