As the first burger restaurant in Hong Kong with its Australian farm, N+ Burger sources its beef from five major ranches in New South Wales, including Oak Park, Glenrock Station, Kuro Kin Wagyu, Brindley Park, and Clear Hills, which together span 130,000 hectares of pristine pastureland. The cattle are grain-fed and supplemented with honey, enhancing the natural sweetness and tenderness of the meat.
