Moving to the main courses, the line-caught Lisa was a standout. The fish was flaky and tender, paired thoughtfully with salicornia and parsnip which added crisp textures and subtle earthy tones to the plate.


The Argentinian beef was another highlight of our meal—tender, juicy, and rich in flavor, beautifully complemented by aromatic signature rice.
