We sent to Shatin Shakey's Pizza on last Sat. (23/Aug) night and the staff provided us unreasonable & terrible service. We didn't mind to wait during peak period but it's ridiculous that your staff only arranged tables for 2 - 4 persons. Even though we saw a table of six left but they didn't arrange for us. We complained many times but they ignored us and explained that we can only waited for the 3 round sofa seats tables & some at the back side that I couldn't see.Why they can't combined som
Why they can't combined some tables for us? It's impossible that all tables are mainly for 2-4 persons. Is it a restaurant only for these customers?
The manager & receptionist girls manners were extremely poor but they were so "co-operated" to each other by kept ignored us. We waited for 30 - 40 mins and saw all people in front of us got it (expect one table for 13 people). There were 3 times we saw a table for 6 but they kept ignored us and took out one table by kept arranged others 2-4 person tables until we couldn't be patience anymore and complianed to that manager again.
I knew our voice were loud that everyone could hear in the restaurant, so the manager have no excuse and came back to us to rearrange that table of six to us.(It was an hour totally we waited). He apologized to us but not in a sincere manner. Those receptionist girls were terrible, of course they didn't apologize to us, they thought the way that they arranged tables were right and just wanted us to leave after waiting for a long period.
It was extremely ridiculous that an international restaurant trannied staff like them and I think food is no more important at this moment. We got an memorible experienfce I even had from a restaurant and I'll definately told my friends and through internet to tell other people my poor experience.
Shakey's will be "famous" in H.K. if they kept provide these kind of services!
