Went to drinks with around 8 friends from 11 pm onwards till late. Service is extremely bad. I think it is perfectly normal for waitress to remind us to order drinks constantly, but the waitress was extremely impolite and rude and didn't smile at all - we each had 2 rounds already in any case, and have upgraded our chosen wine at her recommendation already. Service is so bad that we complained to the manager, but the manager just say "sorry and come again next time" without even asking which waitress served us. Equally bad attitude.
There's so many choices in Kuntsford for drinks and shouldn't bother to visit this restaurant ever again. I don't understand why these two waitress didn't get fire despite repeated complaints.
