I have been to this branch of Lei Garden a few times before, the food is average (probably the worst one amongst all the Lei Garden branches) but my god is the service horrendous. On previous visits, the service was nothing to write home about but at least they were not hostile. This time, the 2 hostesses at the entrance ignored us for a few minutes despite us saying excuse me and chatted amongst themselves while we stood there waiting. On previous visits, the service was nothing to write home about but at least they were not hostile. This time, the 2 hostesses at the entrance ignored us for a few minutes despite us saying excuse me and chatted amongst themselves while we stood there waiting. After a few minutes, they rudely glared at us and said no table then continued chatting themselves.
My advice: save yourself the trouble and go next door to Pak Loh. Much better food and service.
