There was no wait for us to be seated at a table, but the service was extremely slow. There was no wait for us to be seated at a table, but the service was extremely slow. After waiting a while and then flagging down a wait person, we put in an order for 3 dishes.  That was at 8:15, according to the timestamp on the order slip.  The first dish, a pizza, did not arrive until about 45 minutes later, and that was after we complained.  The 2nd dish arrived another half an hour after that, and the third arrived shortly after that.

The couple seated at the table next to us complained about their wait time too.

The food, when it arrived, was passable, but not up to the usual Pizza Hut standards.

Our pizza was just warm, not actually hot.  If you like your pizza hot, as we do, take this into consideration.  Serving food at the right temperature is a very important part of the dining experience -- we like our pizzas hot, and our ice creams cold, and never, never, would we want that reversed.

We wondered if our pizza had been sitting underneath a heat lamp waiting somewhere, rather than actually brought out fresh from the oven.  The pizza itself tasted okay, except for not being hot enough to bring out the full flavors of the ingredients.

The second dish, described on the menu as fish on top of rice, baked together, was clearly not baked together: the fish was batter fried and hot, plopped on top of luke-warm rice with sauce on the rice.  Everything was on a metal baking tray, but that's the only sign that baking is involved in some way. Beware the English menu descriptions, and again, if you like your food hot, think twice before dining here. Since I think of the menu description as the "offer" part of a contract, delivering something substantially different is not cool. Good (fancy, not casual) restaurant staff will tell the customers if, for example, some ingredient was unavailable and a substitution needs to be made, and even if a pizza place gives me the most delicious deep-dish pizza I would ever encounter when the menu item that I ordered was a thin-crust pizza, I would be unhappy.

The third to arrive, a salad, should have been the first course, and should not have taken something like an hour to prepare.  This, at least, was delicious.  And at room temperature, as expected.

I think the restaurant may have been understaffed -- from what we can see, 3 wait staff in front, and 2 in the kitchen. This is a management problem, as well as a staff training issue.

This was probably the worse dining experience we have had during our visit to HK so far. It was mildly amusing to see what localized dishes were on the menu (Swiss-style fondues? really? seems popular though) -- in contrast to what we're used to at Pizza Hut restaurants in the US -- but in no way was it worth the wait.
