Another kinda overrated restaurant😔Concerning env and service, got a bug in my water midway😨no apology or whatnot🤨my guess is this is a common happening🤨 also had water dripping from the ceiling🤨 all they did was to wipe it away. Their guanciale was way TOO briny😨So briny that everything else was masked, and it almost became bitter😨Spaghetti was thicker than the usual ones, but cooked a lil bit long so it was no longer al dente.

This, on the contrary, was quite undercooked, plus the tortellini skin was on the thick side, so the parma ham filling didnt stand out😕The truffle sauce smelt and tastes marvellous nonetheless. 😋
The bread basket came with truffle sauce and we actually asked for a second round🤩Have to say it tasted so much better when served hot as the bread was soft not crunchy.
Also ordered a tiramisu. Just mediocre as it was lacking the coffee aroma.
All in all, too many resto options in tai hang and happy valley, will not rec this one
