We came to the place at 12:45pm with advance booking; at that time, there are just few tables are occupied, the waitor and waitress are not busy at all. Then we place the order of 4sets of Rib eyes which is a a la cart item (not regular set lunch), $198 per dish.Upon we placed the order, the restaurant was getting crowded. Almost everyone there ordered set lunch/ burger etc. After 15 mins, it's full house, those waitors was busy delivering dishes but only for the ppl around us. We kept waiting

Upon we placed the order, the restaurant was getting crowded. Almost everyone there ordered set lunch/ burger etc. After 15 mins, it's full house, those waitors was busy delivering dishes but only for the ppl around us. We kept waiting for another 15 mins, we asked 1 waitor + 1 waitress to check the status, but turnout they didn't get back to us!!!
Finally, a foreigner (in causal wear, bet he is the Manager/ owner) noted our complaints and admitted that their kitchen got a bit messy at the moment and our dish will be ready in 4 mins.......
therefore, for these 4 sets of steak, we'd been waiting for more than 30 mins!!! RIDICULOUS~~!!!
I will NEVER go there again with my colleagues.....
