A catch-up gathering with the girls. Chose this place for the convenience. Scrambled egg white with pumpkin purée was quite smooth. The Siu lung bao was a bit thick in the dumpling coat. The stir fry vegetable-mushroom with shrimps was light with a zest from the vinegar based stock. Interesting to find shepherd's purse in this dish. The potted chicken wanton soup's essence is in the soup and the wanton which was tender but not over-soaked. The fried dumping was a bit soggy. The pan-fried red bea

The potted chicken wanton soup's essence is in the soup and the wanton which was tender but not over-soaked. The fried dumping was a bit soggy. The pan-fried red bean paste waffle was so-so but the sesame dumpling ball in broth mixed with wine was quite good. 
This meal amounted to $110 per head with a 10% off discount. Fair enough I guess.
